A highly motivated individual with at least three years of industry related installation or sales experience. Some computer skills are a must. The individual must be well adapted to high pressure situations as well as good with people that can be indecisive, frustrating, and bothersome. (These are your fellow workers). A good sense of humor is a plus. A good work ethic will be held in very high regard and rewarded accordingly.
- This position requires a well organized, highly motivated, professional person with serious organizational skills. A good personality and the ability to deal with customers a must. Basic Windows skills and MS Office skills a must. No industry experience is necessary, but you will have to learn the product. Drama queens need not apply. We are looking for a stable adult with leadership skills that gets personal satisfaction from a difficult job well done.
A mature and responsible adult is needed. This position requires a good memory, politeness, and the ability to withstand insults. (A Teflon coating is a major plus). Good phone and some computer skills are a must. This is the highest pressure and least respected position at American Door Co (next to the computer geek). Very little slack is cut by the sales staff, but the griping they do is never meant to be taken personally.
